Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Our Products

By purchasing our schematics or plans (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) from www.adconceptsllc.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), you, the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”), agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

License Grant

Upon purchase of the Product, the Website grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for the Purchaser’s personal, non-commercial purposes. The Purchaser shall not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Product or any part thereof to any third party.

Prohibited Uses

The Purchaser agrees not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Reselling, leasing, renting, or otherwise distributing the Product or any part thereof to any third party.

1. Publishing, publicly displaying, or otherwise making available the Product or any part thereof to any third party, including, but not limited to, uploading the Product to file-sharing websites, social media platforms, or any other website or online service.

1. Disclosing or sharing the Product or any part thereof with any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

1. Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works based on the Product, except as expressly permitted by the Website in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Product are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Website and/or its licensors. The Purchaser shall not acquire any ownership rights or title in or to the Product, except for the limited license granted herein.

Termination

In the event of the Purchaser’s breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, the Website reserves the right to terminate the Purchaser’s license to use the Product immediately and without notice. Upon termination, the Purchaser shall cease all use of the Product and promptly delete or destroy all copies thereof in their possession or control.

Indemnification

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Purchaser’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or the unauthorized use of the Product.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Purchaser and the Website with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

By purchasing the Product, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
